Volunteer with us!

Animals suffer horrifically in factory farms, slaughterhouses, and other animal-abusing facilities. Join us as we fight to free them from a lifetime of suffering!

There are ample opportunities to get involved in the fight for animal freedom by volunteering with our local Project Animal Freedom chapter. From volunteering at events to running campaigns, there is a place for you in our organization.

To maximize impact.

Animal rights is one of the most effective causes you can volunteer for, helping alleviate a swath of social, environmental, and moral problems that plague our society.

Your donations in action

Your financial support powers our grassroots organizing, community building, and advocacy work. Here are some of the ways your donation will make a difference in our local community and beyond:

Powering our events.

We organize dozens of events in St. Louis every year. Your donations will help us continue delivering impactful, high-quality events that build community and inspire action.

Fueling vegan outreach.

From protests, marches, and demonstrations to tabling events, leafleting, and PR campaigns, your donations will help fuel our vegan outreach in St. Louis and beyond.

Funding the animal rights revolution.

We reinvest surplus funds from our St. Louis chapter into our chapter network and global activities, from our Vegan Climate Summit to our Worldwide Vegan Climate March.

But why PAF - STL?

Project Animal Freedom - St. Louis, MO (PAF - STL) is our largest, oldest, and most distinguished chapter. We are the city where it all began!

Here is what sets us apart:

Our large reach.

In 2024, we reached over 310,000 St. Louisans through Facebook and Instagram alone. That’s 1 in 9 St. Louisans, or nearly seven full Busch stadiums!

Our events.

We are the largest, most active animal rights organization in St. Louis, organizing over 30 events a year just in our St. Louis headquarters. These events are generally the largest and most impactful of their kind in the area.

Our mission.

St. Louis is a springboard for a much larger movement we are championing across the Midwest. Our goal? A fully vegan Midwest by 2056! We will not stop until every major metro area across the Midwest has a thriving animal rights community, building a world where all animals can live safe, happy, and free.
