Nearly 400 people join us for STL Vegan Market despite extreme heat!
🥳💚🛒 Thank you to the nearly 400 people who joined us for our grand return to 2 Acre Park as STL Vegan Market!
Despite the hot weather, with temperatures as high as 95° and a heat index as high as 108°, we still enjoyed a surprisingly robust turnout.
20+ vendors participated, and we had several hot prepared food vendors, three dedicated drink vendors, and a variety of other foods, goods, and services vendors to visit and appreciate!
After our Vegan Block Party at Bougie Bites, the market is now well into recovery mode, and the outlook is deeply positive, especially since weather, moving forward, should be much cooler and more manageable!
That said, we have begun the search for an indoor venue so we no longer have to deal as heavily with the extremes of St. Louis weather, which is already notorious for its unpredictability!
